This is dedicated to my Home-brewing Homie, Sean at Wissinoming Brewing Co. Sean is mastering the craft of balancing the malt to hop ratios in his new Smoked Porter while also trying to figure out what the hell happened to the yeast production of our last batch? I figured I needed to help with his over all stress levels by dedicating this little spot to him and his brew.

We are also awaiting our new supplies from Oregon and our friends at Rogue to begin our next Ale. It will be in dedication to the Pacific Northwest that is for certain.

Seems that the secondary fermentation is going slow because of the temperature around here.....COLD! Ian's quick call to HomeSweetHomebrew clued us in on the fact. Now I have a heater on the brew and not my toes! It's bubblin, but still not really active. Oh well, rename it problem porter.
